RETURN & EXCHANGE
At MEN MODE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange subject to the conditions below.
RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return or exchange if:
• The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging are intact.
• The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The product is not damaged, stained, altered, or used.
• You have your order details or proof of purchase.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To request a return or exchange, contact our customer support team with your Order ID, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
Once your request is approved, our team will provide further instructions for the return process.
EXCHANGE
Need a different size? You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to product and size availability.
If the requested size or item is unavailable, you may choose another available option or request a refund where applicable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please share your Order ID and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so our team can review the issue and assist you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for:
• Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered.
• Products without original tags.
• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse.
• Certain hygiene-sensitive products or accessories, where applicable.
• Products marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable, if applicable.
REFUNDS
Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, the approved refund will be initiated to the applicable payment method.
Please allow approximately 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund details may be requested separately.
IMPORTANT NOTE
MEN MODE reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the returned product does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
